Terms of Service

1. About Worshipper Connect

Worshipper Connect (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Service”) is a Christian, kingdom-minded platform created to help music ministries — worship leaders, music directors, worship pastors, vocalists, instrumentalists, choir members, and ministry teams — connect with one another, post and accept paid ministry opportunities (jobs, gigs, fill-ins), manage rosters and services, and grow in excellence and unity.

The Service is operated by Deja Holley, a sole proprietor doing business as Worshipper Connect. References to “Worshipper Connect” in these Terms refer to Deja Holley d/b/a Worshipper Connect. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose and Acceptable Use

The Service is provided for one purpose only:

  • To connect Christ-centered music ministries.
  • To post, find, and accept music ministry jobs, gigs, fill-ins, and bookings.
  • To manage rosters, services, set lists, schedules, and ministry communication.
  • To share music-ministry-relevant resources, tips, and updates.

The Service is not a forum for:

  • Political debate or campaigning of any kind.
  • Doctrinal arguments, denominational attacks, or theological debates unrelated to music ministry practice.
  • Non-musical or non-ministry social content (dating, gossip, off-topic chatter).
  • Profanity, slurs, harassment, hateful, sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Spam, scams, MLM recruitment, or unsolicited advertising.
  • Anything that is not Christ-centered and in keeping with biblical, kingdom principles.

You agree that all posts, messages, profile content, clips, announcements, reviews, job listings, and communications you submit through the Service will comply with the above. Content that violates these standards may be filtered automatically, removed, or hidden. Repeat or serious violations may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account, at our sole discretion, without refund and without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to post or accept paid bookings. By using the Service you represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right and authority to act on behalf of any ministry, church, or organization you list.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, Bookings, Payments, and Honorariums

Platform subscriptions (paid plans). Paid plans and other purchases made on Worshipper Connect are sold and fulfilled through our reseller, Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Termsand Refund Policy, which govern payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Member-to-member bookings. Worshipper Connect also helps members discover and arrange ministry bookings directly with one another. Any honorarium, fee, travel reimbursement, or other compensation for a member-to-member booking is solely between the member offering the role and the member accepting it. Worshipper Connect is not a party to any such booking agreement, is not an employer or agent of any member, does not collect or hold those funds, and is not responsible for payment, performance, cancellation, or any dispute between members.Members are responsible for their own taxes, reporting, and legal compliance.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile, clips, posts, messages, etc.). By submitting content you grant Worshipper Connect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

You represent that you own or have the right to share the content you submit, that it does not infringe any third party's rights (including copyright in songs, recordings, or images), and that it complies with these Terms.

7. Moderation

We may, but are not obligated to, review, filter, edit, hide, or remove any content for any reason, including content that violates these Terms or that we believe is harmful, off-topic, or inconsistent with the Christ-centered mission of the Service. We use automated profanity and inappropriate-content filters and human review.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT VERIFY THE IDENTITY, BACKGROUND, SKILL LEVEL, OR CHARACTER OF MEMBERS BEYOND ANY OPTIONAL VETTING WE MAY OFFER. YOU INTERACT WITH OTHER MEMBERS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS USE COMMON SENSE AND CHRIST-LIKE WISDOM.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORSHIPPER CONNECT, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ANY BOOKING OR INTERACTION WITH ANOTHER MEMBER, OR ANY CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Worshipper Connect and its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your bookings or interactions with other members, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Intellectual Property

Worshipper Connect, its name, logos, designs, and all platform code and content are the property of Worshipper Connect and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, resell, or create derivative works of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Worshipper Connect is principally operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
