Refund Policy

1. Who we are

Worshipper Connect is operated by Deja Holley (“we”, “us”, “our”). For any refund-related questions, contact admin@dejaholley.com.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

We want every member to be confident in their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Worshipper Connect subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date. After this 14-day window, purchases are non-refundable.

For recurring subscriptions, the 14-day window applies to the very first payment on a new plan. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable; you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, OR
  • Email us at admin@dejaholley.com with your order email and the reason for the request and we will help you through Paddle.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Pricing or account area, or through the Paddle customer portal link included in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, trigger a refund of past payments outside the 14-day window described above.

5. Free partner access

Members who have been granted free partner access do not pay a subscription fee and therefore have no refund entitlement under this policy.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
